About the Job:
Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a variety of marketing and branding materials, including but not limited to digital ads, social media graphics, website banners, email templates, print collateral, packaging, and more.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines, and translate them into compelling visual designs.
Create and deliver high-quality graphics and visuals that adhere to brand identity and maintain consistency across all platforms.
Utilize industry-standard design software to produce, edit, and refine visual assets.
Stay updated on design trends and best practices to ensure our visual content remains fresh and relevant.
Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining the highest quality of work.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, iterate on designs, and ensure project goals are met.
Assist in the production process, including preparing files for print and web, as well as coordinating with external vendors when necessary.

Other Skills Required:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or web design is a plus.
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles is an advantage.
