About the Job:

Job Description:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientations.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant databases.

  • Prepare and process HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.

  • Assist in benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries from employees.

  • Coordinate and schedule employee training and development programs.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

  • Assist with employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

  • Keep abreast of changes in HR regulations and best practices, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and policies.

  • Assist in organizing company events, celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Support HR projects as assigned, contributing to process improvement and overall HR effectiveness.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in using HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

 Other Skills Required:

  •  Understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.

  •  High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

  •  Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  •  Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  •  Prior experience in recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations is a plus. 

Eligibility Criteria:

  •  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role or similar capacity.

  •  Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required Skills:  Master's degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering  Experience of Six months in using C# or Java required
