About the Job:
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant databases.
Prepare and process HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
Assist in benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries from employees.
Coordinate and schedule employee training and development programs.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Assist with employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Keep abreast of changes in HR regulations and best practices, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and policies.
Assist in organizing company events, celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives.
Support HR projects as assigned, contributing to process improvement and overall HR effectiveness.
Technical Skills Required:
Proficiency in using HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Other Skills Required:
Understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Prior experience in recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in an HR administrative role or similar capacity.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
